      Recently, the Department of Transport of Jiangsu Province publicized the 2018 province-level “demonstration projects” in “Safe Site” construction among the highway & waterway projects of Jiangsu Province.The “Reconstruction Project for the Kunshan Section of the 343 Provincial Highway”, which Yearning Engineering & Consult (a subsidiary of JSTI Group) is responsible for construction supervision, is among them.
 

      The “Reconstruction Project for the Kunshan Section of the 343 Provincial Highway” starts at the boundary of Qiandeng Town, Kunshan, where it is connected with the Baishi Highway of Shanghai. It adopts the first-class highway construction standard and a design speed of 80km/h for the main line. This project has a total of 6 construction sections and 2 supervision sections, and Yearning Engineering & Consult is responsible for the construction supervision of the S1 section, the S2 section on the roadbed and the section on the pavement.

      During the "Safe Site" construction, the Office of Chief Supervisory Engineer of Yearning Engineering & Consult stationed at the site of the Reconstruction Project for the Kunshan Section of the 343 Provincial Highway insisted on implementing the production policy which “prioritizes safety, focuses on prevention and emphasizes comprehensive management”, adhered to the human-oriented development concept and strictly implemented safety supervision measures to improve the level of supervision and management, which effectively promoted the safety management standardization of the Reconstruction Project for the Airport Road of Kunshan and guaranteed the safety and stability of project construction.
