Eptisa has received the Chinese Ambassador in Spain at its Headquarters
16-Sep-2022Eptisa has received the Ambassador of China in Spain , His Excellency Mr. Wu Haitao , at its Headquarters . The Spanish Exporters and Investors Club , with the collaboration of Eptisa, have organized a working breakfast with the ambassador in order to promote economic and business relations between the two countries.
China is the second world economy, with a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of 17,734,062 million dollars in 2021, which added to its position as the most populous country in the world makes it a market of great opportunities. China is Spain's main partner on the Asian continent; in 2021 it was the 10th customer and the 2nd supplier of Spain in the world. However, the growing liberalization and expansion of the Chinese economy, the increasing presence of Spanish companies in the country, as well as the fact that in 2023 the 50th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations will be celebrated, must be spurs to the strengthening of the economic and commercial relationship between the two countries in the coming years.
The meeting offered Club members the opportunity to learn first-hand about the state of China's economy, as well as the opportunities that the country offers exporters and investors, in addition to exchanging views with the ambassador on the business climate in the country.
